"Tense and Micromanaged Environment"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 28, 2017

Trust your employees more with their own decisions. If they are the ones that have been working on the file, then they actually might make a better decision than supervisors.

Pros : I stayed busy at this firm and I was never bored. The work was very challenging, if not overburdening. There were a variety of projects to get experience from.
Cons : You are under close supervision and scrutiny working here. The relationship between management and lower attorneys is tense and harsh.
