Los Angeles office of our client seeks a workers compensation attorney with 1-4 years of relevant experience. The candidate will handle all phases of litigation, from inception to trial. Will manage a large case docket. Ensure cases are proactively pursued and resolved. Collaborate with pre-litigation staff including mid-level management to the extent necessary to achieve a high standard of excellence servicing clients. Provide guidance to non-attorney team members as needed. Raise any concerns about the firm operations, processes, standards, or individual conduct to management either via immediate supervisor or directly to the designated human resources manager. Should have strong negotiation and litigation skills. Must be in good standing with the CA State Bar.
