Review:

"Great Place to Work - Staff"

Current Employee - Reviewed on June 05, 2019

Let more staff members work remotely on occasion. Continue innovative approach.

Pros : Innovative firm that focuses on diversity & inclusion. Good opportunities for advancement and professional development. Brilliant people who are also very down to earth. Although I'm on the staff side of things, I feel like a valued part of the team and that my voice is heard.
Cons : Sometimes departments don't communicate with other departments, not a big issue but just an area of improvement.
