Principal Ethics Analyst
The candidate will be working collaboratively with Ethics, Legal, Global Security, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Information Assurance, and IT Security personnel in RMS and across the enterprise to conduct investigations into suspected violations of Raytheon's Code of Conduct, policies, laws or regulations. Maintaining sound, objective and consistent procedures for investigations and ensuring Ethics matters are brought to a timely and effective conclusion. Ensuring data integrity of the ethics Compliance 360 case management database to include proper entry of communications or reports received by the Ethics office thorough various channels, and monitoring of the database to ensure ethics matters are handled expeditiously and to conclusion. Engaging with RMS and Corporate Ethics officers and business attorneys to conduct conflict of interest assessments for new and existing employees, including competitor new hires and post government employees. Assessing and dispositioning RMS Business Courtesy Approval Requests (BCARs). Collecting data and/or generating reports from Ethics applications such as the Ethics case management database, BCAR tool, conflict of interest tool, online compliance modules, etc. Assisting theRMS Ethics Director in developing, communicating, implementing and monitoring all aspects of the RMS ethics-training program. Working with RMS program and functional leaders to ensure Raytheon’s values and commitment to business integrity, ethics and compliance are embedded and reinforced in day-to-day business activities and communications. Collaborating with RMS Communications and other stakeholders to ensure timely updates to the RMS Ethics website, online Ethics resources and training, and other ethics or compliance communications. Must have Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant investigation, compliance, forensic accounting, financial, paralegal and/or law enforcement experience. Must have demonstrated aptitude for contributing to the overall development of case strategy and assessments on complication investigations involving large volumes of data; ability to analyze data, identify key documents, spot trends, and investigate leads under the supervision of the RMS Ethics Director. Bachelor’s Degree in pre-law, paralegal studies, criminal justice, or applied legal studies is desired. Familiarity with financial accounting regulations and compliance is desired. Prior experience working large in-house corporate and/or law enforcement investigation is desired. Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations, DCAA audit practices, DoD IG mandatory disclosure requirements, domestic and international anti-corruption regulations, and/or post-government employment regulations and restrictions is desired. Experience and interest in working with investigation and litigation tools and technology, including document review tools (e.g. Perspective, iConect, Nuix, Relativity, Recommind), e-discovery tracking tools, etc is desired.
