Main job responsibility includes performing a legal analysis of employment separation and formulating an appropriate response based on the pertinent facts. Specific duties include contact with State Agencies and assisting clients with administrative law proceedings.

The ideal candidate needs to be self-motivated, organized, dependable, and able to work well independently. Experience in unemployment cost control, human resources, and/or client services preferred but not required. Business to business experience helpful. Bar passage in any state is a plus.
