EPC Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for providing legal support to firm’s construction and procurement teams and coordinating with in-house lawyers on construction and procurement matters, as more fully provided below. Provide day-to-day legal support to the company’s engineering, procurement and construction department. Provide lawyers with assistance in the drafting, finalization and execution of EPC agreements, subcontractor agreements, master supply agreements and purchase orders, including working with company personnel to collate and organize exhibits and other contract supplements. Assisting with contractor, professional engineering and operation and maintenance services licensing necessary for the company’s EPC activities, including the coordination, organization and filing of licensing applications. Assist in the development and implementation of processes and procedures relating to the preparation of, and compliance with, construction and procurement agreements. Conduct research on a variety of topics. Other duties as assigned. Must have a bachelor’s degree. Should have 3-5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a large law firm setting or an in-house legal department.
