Paralegal The candidate will provide support for the Pro Bono Program, working with the Program Director and Coordinator to respond to client inquiries, make referrals to pro bono attorneys, address concerns of pro bono attorneys, conduct conflict checks, and maintain pro bono files. May also perform intake, make appropriate referrals to other legal and non-legal resources, assist in data collection, and develop programmatic materials for use in the Pro Bono Program. Assist in pro bono attorney recruitment efforts, schedule attorneys for various clinics and programs, and perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the Pro Bono Program. Must have 1+ year of experience as a paralegal. Excellent written and verbal communications and organizational skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft applications needed. Prior work with volunteer attorneys is desirable.
