Bliss Lawyers is seeking a labor and employment attorney to work in the San Diego office of an international law firm. Qualified candidates will have at least six years of labor and employment law experience, including experience with Federal and California State wage and hour laws. Experience with class actions is preferred. The attorney hired for this role will be responsible for handling Fair Labor Standards Act and California wage and hour matters. Admission to the California Bar is required. This is a full-time, temporary role that is expected to last for three months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role with the firm. Interviews will begin as soon as qualified candidates are identified.
