Job Title: Complex Litigation and Product Liability Managing Associate
Salary: $310,000 - $390,000

Responsibilities:
- Handle complex disputes in various industries
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Engage with a dynamic pipeline of exciting and fast-paced cases
- Litigate complex commercial, intellectual property, energy, and mass tort lawsuits
- Manage complex cases, conduct and defend depositions, make court appearances, handle mediations, and other tasks typically managed by associates
- Membership in the State Bar of desired office location is preferred

Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of complex litigation and product liability experience
- Highly motivated and creative individual with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal research abilities
- Superb writing and oral communication skills
