Legal Assistant The candidate will provide administrative support. Handle communications with clients, witnesses, etc. Draft legal documents and correspondence as directed. Prepare and assemble materials, documents, and exhibits for meetings, court appearances, and hearings. Maintain electronic and physical files according to firm policies. Answer and direct phone calls. Maintain contact lists. Monitor deadlines and juggle attorney calendars. Should have 2+ years’ experience. Must have Proven working experience as a legal assistant. Two-year legal secretary or paralegal certificate education preferred. Working knowledge of case management software, and proficient in Microsoft Office is needed.
