Review:

"Fast Paced Environment"

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 04, 2017

My advice would be to allow for more promotional opportunities that match the level of work. A yearly bonus with incentives would be a great motivator for the employees.

Pros : The greatest aspect of the firm has to be the ongoing training and sense of constant improvement of skills. The monthly office lunches also adds to its excellence. With training comes learning opportunities.
Cons : It's a very fast paced working environment and can be overwhelming at times, which can be stressful for both veterans but especially newcomers.
