Qualified candidate must have excellent research and writing skills, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action, and the ability and desire to develop business.
Candidate must be licensed in North Carolina; South Carolina license is a plus.

My advice would be to allow for more promotional opportunities that match the level of work. A yearly bonus with incentives would be a great motivator for the employees.Pros : The greatest aspect of the firm has to be the ongoing training and sense of constant improvement of skills. The monthly office lunches also adds to its excellence. With training comes learning opportunities.
