Overview:

Law firm seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations, as well as experience in preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize extensive knowledge of immigration laws and regulations to provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support legal arguments and strategies.
- Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications, including appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
- Work closely with clients in specialized industries, such as tech and healthcare, to ensure compliance with immigration laws.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys to handle complex immigration cases.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all legal work.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in immigration law, preferably with a focus on complex cases.
- Familiarity with business immigration, including work visas (H-1B, L-1, etc.), PERM labor certification, and corporate compliance.
- Experience working in a fast-paced law firm or corporate legal environment.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
