Open-Source Intelligence Trainer and Training Developer Job Description: - Job title: Open-Source Intelligence Trainer and Training Developer - Job ID: 2411154 - Job location: Augusta, GA and Ft. Belvoir, VA - Full-time position with a Day shift schedule - Travel required (10% of the time) - Minimum Clearance Required: TS/SCI - Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: None - Potential for Remote Work: No Remote - Benefits available - Share job posting and apply now Job Duties: - Support the development and implementation of the open-source intelligence program of instruction (POI) for operational and tactical Army forces and mission partners - Deliver training products, participate in training product development sessions, and instruct training classes - Develop training support packages (TSP) in accordance with Government requirements - Maintain all applicable POI, lesson plans, practical exercises, and evaluations - Follow the ADDIE process (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) for instruction delivery - Participate in TSP Reviews on a semi-annual basis or at Government request - Stay updated on policy and doctrine changes and make corresponding updates to OSINT POIs and TSPs - Complete annual recertification courses - Maintain OSINT Learning Management System (LMS) in coordination with government leadership and other OSINT trainers - Provide input and feedback on POIs, TSPs, and instructional activities to enhance content delivery and improve learning outcomes - Provide periodic activity reports documenting POI/TSP update activities, instructional activities, and course feedback - Assist in the development and execution of collective OSINT exercises - Support efforts to integrate OSINT into consolidated exercises at Combat Training Centers (CTC), Foundry sites, and constructive training environments - Coordinate with . Army TRADOC, the Army Intelligence Center of Excellence, and Army INSCOM training facilities to optimize instruction and outcomes at all locations Qualifications: - Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of instructor or OSINT operations experience - Master’s degree and 8 years of instructor or OSINT operations experience - PhD or JD and 5 years of instructor or OSINT operations experience - 5 additional years of experience may be used in lieu of degree requirements - Clearance Requirement: - Must be a .
