Senior Associate
The candidate must have 6+ years of relevant corporate transactional experience. Should preferably have prior M&A experience on the buyer side and seller side (such as experience drafting and negotiating asset, stock, merger, employment, escrow, and other agreements typically relevant in these types of transactions) as well as strong corporate formation and commercial contracting experience. Special consideration given to counsel with demonstrated in-house transactional experience. Interest in the healthcare industry and familiarity with applicable healthcare regulatory issues in such transactions (such as Stark, fraud/abuse, and the like) is preferred. Should have strong academic credentials, excellent communication and writing skills, excellent drafting skills, and strong corporate transactional/M&A experience. J.D. degree is required, and admission to practice law in the appropriate jurisdiction is a must.
