Assistant Attorney General The candidate will join the School Finance Litigation division. Will prepare pleadings, conduct legal research, and provide advice. Draft and present legal conclusions. Respond to motions and present arguments in court. Present evidence at formal hearings and trials. Prepare legal documents. Draft and edit agency regulations and rules both procedural and substantive. Review draft legislation to advise the governor and clients. Should have a J.D. degree. Must have knowledge of education law, construction law, or general civil litigation experience.
