Finance/Corporate Trust Lawyer The candidate works closely with the capital markets and loan agency departments of major national banks and other financial institutions, representing them as trustees, administrative agents, escrow agents, and collateral or security agents in a wide variety of corporate debt, project finance, municipal bond, secured and structured financing transactions, and defaults. Must have 5+ years of experience in transactional work. Finance or securities/capital markets experience is desired. Must have the ability to work with complex transactional documents and prioritize work in a deadline-intensive environment. Collaboration and collegiality and be proactive with strong interpersonal skills are needed. Note: working remote is available.
