Upgrade IT infrastructure so that everyone can maximize the output of their billable hours - I worked with a number of talented paralegals that had specific ideas on how to do this, but many felt like their voices were not being heard all the time.Pros : The firm has a fairly intimate atmosphere and offers talented people long-term positions - I liked that it was not simply a ""revolving door"" of people. Management is fairly transparent - there are not excessive amounts of middle managers giving conflicting demands. Benefits are above average overall.
