Job Overview: A prominent law firm seeks a skilled attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial leasing to enhance its Real Estate Group. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to engage with clients and negotiate agreements in a collaborative environment.

Duties:

• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and related documents (., term sheets, letters of intent).
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and brokers.
• Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain positive working relationships.
• Adhere to firm policies and practices.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Participate in both in-office and virtual meetings.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Admission to practice in Washington, DC.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial leasing.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the DC Bar.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of commercial leasing market trends.
• Experience with diverse property types (office, retail, industrial).
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
