Temporary Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, legal correspondence as well as reviewing company contracts, addendums, etc. Will be working on a variety of legal matters that pertain to Employment Law and Real Estate matters (lease agreements, etc.). Advanced computer skills are required including how to use Word, Excel and E-Filing is needed. Should have 3+ years of paralegal experience. Commercial business terminologies are needed. Type no less than 45 wpm is needed. Must have commercial business litigation experience or corporate. Will work in a team on projects as assigned. Basic litigation experience is required. Individuals with a degree in Legal Studies or are Florida Bar Registered are encouraged to apply.
