Executive Assistant, Legal The candidate will be responsible for handling a wide variety duties. Lead the planning and production of all department level activities, including off-sites, workshops and team building events. Manage and communicate SVP, General Counsel’s calendar and assist with time management and prioritization. Maintain department calendar; schedule and coordinate regular and one-off department meetings, develop meeting agendas, and draft and distribute meeting minutes. Create high quality PowerPoint presentations for SVP, General Counsel and other team members. Liaise with various departments, timely communicating information, analysis or reports. Route contracts through approval and signature. Other Administrative Duties. Coordinate travel and accommodation, and prepare expense reports. Create and maintain legal matters in the department’s matter management database, and search for associated files. Scan and print documents, and compile organized binders and other folders. Create, proofread, modify, and send letters, emails, memos and other documents. Provide ad hoc project management support on an as-needed basis. Other administrative duties as assigned (e.g., ordering office supplies, send FedEx). Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience required, preferably in a law firm or legal department is essential. Should have excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree is essential. Must be fluent in English.
