Litigation Paralegal - Insurance Defense Responsibilities: Manage confidential files for litigation matters. Subpoena, intake, review and organization of voluminous medical records (overwhelmingly electronic records). Manage and meet discovery deadlines. Assist attorney in preparing for hearings, mediation, arbitrations and trials.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: The candidate should have 3+ years as an insurance defense paralegal and must be knowledgeable of Florida Civil Court Rules. Preferably Florida Registered Paralegal. Should have organization skills. Attention to details. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Aderant Total Office 9.1 (or Client Profiles 9.0) is a plus.
