Title Attorney Duties: Advise clients in real estate transactions involving the purchase, sale, refinance, home equity lines of credit of residential and/or commercial property. Conducting real estate transactions. Attorney will also have title responsibilities involving the review, analysis, and preparation of a myriad of documents and instruments associated with various real estate transactions. Review title searches. Prepare title certifications and title opinions, and Deeds. Prepare Trust instruments, corporate resolutions, Promissory Notes, Mortgages, Easements. Review real estate contracts. Review and draft easements. Conduct closings for all transactions types. Review the disbursement and recording post-closing.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelorâ€™s Degree. JD Degree from an accredited Law School. South Carolina BAR License in Good Standing. Notary Public. Preferred experience in reviewing title, drafting real estate documents, and experience conducting closings.
