Pre Litigation Attorney Duties: Reviewing and monitoring cases to ensure clients receive outstanding service. Handling escalated calls that require attorney communication. Performing settlement meetings. Answering questions and providing legal guidance to pre-lit staff. Monitoring and managing department to ensure metrics are achieved. Strategizing for ways to improve the value of cases for clients. Communicating with clients with compassion and empathy and in a manner that encourages their confidence and trust.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Must be a licensed NC attorney or able to obtain NC licensure. 5-7 years’ plaintiff or defense personal injury practice experience. Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume practice. Outstanding problem-solving skills. Supervisory experience preferred. Demonstrate the highest level of personal integrity, client confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards. Experience with Needles or other case management software is a plus.
