Legal Assistant The candidate responsibilities will include drafting correspondence, coordinating agreement approvals and execution, tracking documents, maintaining status reports, word processing, performing general office tasks (such as calendaring, filing and budget tracking), and coordinating other legal and administrative matters with the business groups. Should have 3+ years of experience working as a legal assistant or in an administrative capacity. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. BA/BS degree is a plus. Legal administrative experience is highly valued.
