Consulting Employee Relations Representative The candidate will be responsible for collaborating and consulting with Human Resources, Ethics, Security and other partners to conduct investigations, identify and mitigate HR risks and provide coaching in an effort to resolve workplace conflicts. Will support the reduction in force process, leadership training, and enterprise employee relations projects and initiatives. Work independently to proactively identify interventions to improve Employee Relations in a manner that aligns HR and business strategies. Navigate a highly matrixed environment to ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices across the business. Must have 8+ years of HR related experience to include any combination of labor relations, employee relations, training, HRM, compensation, and talent acquisition. Experience communicating with all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing is essential. Experience conducting investigations is essential. Experience collaborating and partnering with HR, Legal, Ethics, Security and other Partners is needed. Must have experience translating legal/labor law, contract, policies in order to coach managers in resolving day-to-day issues. Experience responding to external agency charges and complaints (EEOC, OFCCP and state human rights commissions) is preferred. Experience with alternative dispute resolution processes is desired. Employee Relations and HR experience in a Lean Manufacturing Organization is preferred. Experience managing or administering Collective Bargaining Agreements is desired. Proven experience creating a diverse workforce and inclusive environment is preferred. Master’s degree in Human Resources or Juris Doctor degree is desired. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is essential.
