Trademark Professional Software Sales The candidate will become a trademark software sales specialist with in-depth knowledge of trademark and intellectual property software solutions and, with the capability to communicate how they can solve a potential clients’ business challenges. Will build and manage a sales pipeline. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers. Guide prospective customers through a defined sales process. Conduct online and in person demonstrations/training. Assist Customer Support team in managing and upselling existing customers, Keep abreast of competitive software market and educate on complex legislation, industry trends and competitors. Maintain the internal customer database. Assist in create sales videos and other marketing material. Should have 2+ years of experience as a trademark professional / paralegal / docketing clerk (law firm or in-house). Knowledge of trademark law and the trademark industry is essential. Should be computer savvy and proficient with a variety of software packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and G Suite. Strong analytical and problem solving skill is essential. BA/BS or equivalent. MBA is a plus.
