Director of Human Resources The candidate will report to the VP of HR. Will assist in overseeing the HR functions for approximately 40 long-term care properties in 9 states. Should have a J.D. or Master's degree in Human Resources. Must have 3+ years of long-term care experience in a multi-facility role. Should have HR generalist experience in: compensation, employee benefits, employee/labor relations, employment law, employee safety, policy development, staff recruitment, and workers' compensation. SHRM certification is needed.
