"slightly old fashioned, solid firm"

Current Employee - Reviewed on December 18, 2017

Hire more women, period. The perks are decent but could be better. Consider implementing a more formalized training program for new hires.

Pros : The work is interesting and you gain good experience. Management is solid. It's a very friendly environment. No back stabbing here.
Cons : The atmosphere varies depending on which office you work at. Some are stuck in the old boys' club mentality. Being in the south is not an excuse.
