Receptionist/Legal Assistant Candidate will litigation support and general office tasks. Will: Answer telephone, screen and direct calls; take and relay messages; provide information to callers; greet persons entering organization; direct persons to correct destination; deal with queries from the public and customers; ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization; monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness; provide general administrative and clerical support; prepare correspondence and documents; receive and sort mail and deliveries; schedule appointments; organize conference and meeting room bookings; co-ordinate meetings and organize catering; and have legal or office experience. Strong computer skills are a must including experience in MS Word and Outlook. Must be reliable, detail oriented and excel in a team environment as well as work independently. "Amazing Management"

The biggest advice I have for management is we need to grow not quickly but some and at a steady pace over time, it's the only way we will get respectable clients and prove to others that we are a capable firm.

Pros : Management has taken the time to make sure that I am happy and comfortable with the work I'm doing.They worked with me to grow and have answered all questions happily and with haste.The pay is fantastic and the work environment is enjoyable.Management pays for our lunch twice a week and takes us out for drinks at random times during the month.
Cons : It's a small firm so we don't get many big cases.Work after a while is below what most of us are capable of doing.I want to grow further but I feel like I have peaked at this firm at least at this moment.
