Paralegal (International/Immigration) Responsibilities: Prepare visa petitions with team of legal assistants and attorneys. Prepare applicants, including executives, for visa interviews. Assist in resolving consular U.S. visa denials. Assist clients in implementing the transfer of employees abroad. Provide proactive legal support as needed.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Paralegal degree and/or Bachelor’s Degree required. Prior U.S. or foreign immigration experience is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. An ability to manage and process a large volume of cases, set own work priorities, and meet work deadlines is essential. Requires discretion, independent judgment, and critical thinking skills. Prefer fluency in Spanish/English both written and oral. Excellent technical and persuasive writing, communication, and analytical skills to independently review, draft, and prepare documents. Public relations, marketing, journalism or other strong written and communication experience is a plus.Creating positive client interactions through understanding and communicating information effectively in writing, by phone, by e-mail, or in person.
