Work on retaining quality support staff. They make up the foundation of the organization, in a lot of ways, when these types of personnel are constantly changing. It makes those with more seniority and power less confident in their judgement and skill, which reduces productivity all around.Pros : The atmosphere at the firm strikes a good balance between being professional and between being friendly and welcoming. Benefits are good, and the salary is acceptable, considering the local cost of living.
