Client Development Attorney Duties: Counseling in Estate planning and Elder law. Providing strategic and consultative guidance support to our clients. Draft legal documents including Wills, Trust, and specialized Medicaid documentation for those with disabilities or special needs. Attend monthly business development meetings. Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction. Assist in the development and foot printing of the Cordell Planning Partner Brand to increase business.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Law Degree from an Accredited University; Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt. 2-4 years of Elder Law and Estate planning. Licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri and Illinois. Impeccable professional reputation with a positive perspective. Has the technical skills where new programs can be quickly learned. Detailed Verbal and Written communication Skills. Values defined processes and procedures that lead to guaranteed Success.
