Legal Assistant / Case Manager The candidate work for Civil Litigation Defense Firm. Should have 5+ years experience supporting Workers Compensation attorneys. This position is responsible for transcription, editing and formatting of letters and other documents; submitting materials to Courts and parties; managing the workflow within the department; organization and maintenance of client files and other tasks as assigned. Microsoft Office proficiency is required. Workflow management experience is a plus.
