Paralegal The candidate will manage litigation, legal claims and collection actions; respond to subpoenas. Will management of bankruptcy claims and certain collection activities. Maintain corporate records and minute books. Process legal invoices and track legal expenses; gather, analyze and research legal data such as statutes, decisions, legal articles, codes and documents. Prepare resolutions, affidavits, powers of attorney and other documents; maintain regional Legal Department intranet site. Maintain corporate forms; prepare legal reports to General Counsel and Audit Committee. Generally assist Legal Department attorneys in assigned tasks as needed. A Paralegal certificate is a plus. Excellent communication skills are required.
