Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of life science IP matters, including prosecution, transactional, and litigation activities.
- Represent clients in negotiations, drafting, and enforcing intellectual property agreements.
- Lead and oversee complex IP litigation cases, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities.
- Provide strategic advice on IP portfolio management and intellectual property strategies in the life sciences industry.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships to ensure ongoing business and referrals.
- Collaborate with other partners and legal professionals to address client needs and business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and changes in IP law relevant to life sciences.
- Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a partner or senior associate in a law firm focusing on life science IP matters.

- Expertise in IP prosecution, transactional, and litigation work related to life sciences.

Education:
