Review contracts to ensure all necessary items are present. Reach out to appropriate parties to obtain critical information when necessary. Conduct research, compile information, prepare and distribute reports. Make certain completely executed agreements are correctly stored per organization specifications. Should have 2+ years of corporate contracts experience. Knowledgeable in legal documents and contract language is needed. Selected employee will undergo a background check and a drug screen. Must be an intermediate to advanced level user in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) is needed. Quick learner, with a firm grasp on prioritization. Experience working in the healthcare sector would be a plus.
