Corporate Vice President The candidate will support Global Head of Employee Compliance with developing and driving Employee Compliance strategy and strategic priorities. Will drive alignment and consistencies across the Employee Compliance Programs and platform. Provide advisory support in relation to EC Program risks, policies, issues and controls. Partner with EC Programs and EC Controls Officers to assess, develop and implement enhanced controls and processes within EC Programs, including review and development of RCSAs for EC Programs. Develop, drive and execute a governance model for Employee Compliance Program business analytics and reporting to Global Head of Employee Compliance and CCO for Employee Compliance. Drive development of enhancements to Violations Framework Governance including responsibilities for leading periodic review of Framework and BAU activities such as data entitlements/permissions. Develop and drive iComply strategic vision for Employee Compliance Programs with a focus on the employee experience in partnership with EC Program leads, Employee Compliance Technology and Employee Compliance PMO teams. Act as Business Owner with respect to key Employee Compliance strategic technology builds and develop and leverage innovative technology solutions across Employee Compliance platform. Lead Business Information Owner Governance for Employee Compliance teams and act as Business Information Owner with respect to certain Employee Compliance systems. Coordinate closely with the EC Program and Processing teams North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regarding global and regional initiatives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with LOB and other Compliance partners as well as business, Risk, HR, Legal, Finance and other colleagues. Develop agenda for Quarterly Employee Compliance Strategy Sessions and drive execution of actions from strategy sessions. Lead development of agenda and drive execution of Quarterly Roundtables for Employee Compliance. Lead innovation efforts for Employee Compliance organization. Prepare management reporting on EC Program issues and trends for Compliance management meetings, HR Control Forums and other governance meetings. Other responsibilities include assisting with strategic and tactical Employee Compliance or individual EC Program specific activities including special projects and presentations. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required and JD, MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Should have 8-10 years of experience in Compliance or a related position (including regulatory, law, audit, or risk and controls). Technology background or skills beneficial. Excellent research and writing skills are needed. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills, including confidence in interactions with Senior Management is needed. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint) is needed.
