ProfileCompliance Senior – Regulatory Change Management The candidate will be supporting the development and implementation of an enhanced regulatory change management process to mitigate company’s risk from new or changed legal and regulatory requirements. Will coordinate reviews of new and changed legal and regulatory requirements to support Company’s second line of defense maintaining an effective policy and standard framework to mitigate compliance risk and to support Company’s business lines establishing updated procedures to remain in compliance with applicable requirements. Supporting process design and implementation of an enhanced regulatory change management process across Company’s three lines of defense to maintain an effective compliance risk management program. Coordinating review of legal and regulatory changes to support regulatory change management process. Maintaining databases and records to demonstrate an effective process to identify key requirements. Coordinating with other risk oversight areas to prevent gaps in Company’s policy and standard framework designed to mitigate risk associated with legal and regulatory requirements. Providing reporting to management and risk committees.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have Bachelor's degree. Should have 5-7 years of related experience. Must have strong demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Experience using Excel, Access, and SharePoint required. Knowledge of mortgage industry is preferred. Risk management, compliance or paralegal experience desired.
