Duties:

- Assist in the decision-making process regarding the acceptance or rejection of medical malpractice cases.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions and litigation-related activities.
- Work closely with the firm’s managing partners and other legal professionals.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the firm by providing valuable insights and leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical malpractice law or related legal fields, including medical risk management.
- Proven ability to analyze complex medical records and case files.
- Experience working with medical professionals and experts to determine causation and departures from the standard of care.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while handling individual responsibilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
