Associate Counsel The candidate will report to company’ Business Line Counsel for Environment. Working cooperatively with business line counsel and contracts teams to provide advice, counsel and contract reviews with a focus on company's environment business line. Working with other legal and contracts team members as needed in company's other core business areas of water, infrastructure and buildings. Working with internal project teams on proposal matters. Litigation support, including handling discovery requests and third-party subpoenas.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have 3+ years' legal experience. General knowledge of litigation processes and procedures. Admitted to Colorado Bar. Licensed to practice law in at least one state. Collaborator and team player. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written. Creative problem solving. Strong business judgment. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in areas related to Arcadis’ environment business line. Experience in design/ engineering field of law.
