Legal Receptionist
The candidate will opening the office each morning and answering multi-line phone system; maintaining conference room calendars; submitting work orders, ordering office supplies; retrieving and sorting mail; scheduling and maintaining conference rooms; other duties/miscellaneous projects as needed. Have 2+ years of previous experience in a Receptionist, Secretarial and/or Administrative Assistant role is preferred. Must have ability to operate personal computer and other equipment in the office, including (but not limited to) multi-line phone system, fax machine, presentation equipment, copier, scanner. Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skill is desirable. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal is a plus. Legible handwriting is an asset. Must have ability to work on multiple tasks. Good organizational skills including filing and calendaring is required. Pleasant and clearly understandable phone voice is required. Must have ability to sit at a desk for one or more hours at a time. Should have ability to lift and carry 15 pounds. Good typing speed with few errors is desirable.

"Excellent Pay"

I would like to see better management put into place so that the work load is better balanced throughout the weeks and the months. This way there is always work to be done without being overwhelmed.

Pros : The starting pay is excellent and the benefits (such as 401K) are top notch. I also found everyone to be very helpful and the work environment was very laid back.
Cons : The overall work load on a day to day basis had too much variance. On some days I would have to work well past my normal hours into the night. During other day's I was left with nothing to do.
