Global Project Manager, Legal Investigations The candidate will report to the team's Director & Associate General Counsel and support the group's compliance, cyber security and safety investigations teams. Will manage and provide support on investigations-related projects that require coordination and consultation with cross-functional teams including Global Ethics and Compliance, Operations Technology, Litigation, Human Resources, Employment Law, and Internal Audit. Set and manage project deadlines, deliverables, and meetings to ensure timely completion of all projects. Assist with maintenance and updates to investigations-related documents and policies. Facilitate process improvements and efficiencies, and maintain matter, remediations, and document management systems. Manage multiple and competing priorities. Create presentations summarizing project progress and accomplishments. Be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary for urgent projects and to connect with colleagues in APAC and EMEA. Travel may be required, including to international offices.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have BA/BS degree. PMP, CAPM, or other similar project management certifications are preferred. Must have 5+ years of experience as a legal project manager, program manager, paralegal or equivalent. Experience leading cross-functional projects required. Experience facilitating meetings with stakeholders needed. Experience communicating with and influencing cross-functional partners is essential. Experience in project management roles within legal or technology industries is preferred. Should have experience building rapport with stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
