Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a tax associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate must have broad exposure and proficiency in complex income tax planning, including planning with respect to partnership taxation and general closely held or family business transactional tax-related matters. Foreign inbound, IRS controversy and domestic and foreign trust-related experience are also a plus. Must be admitted and in good standing as a member of the Florida State Bar and also preferably the NY State Bar. Current or prior employment with an Am Law 100 firm is a plus. Must be flexible to work in other tax and non-tax areas within the private wealth practice and show a desire to become a regular writer and speaker on various private wealth matters relevant to the practice?s diverse client base. Strong academic background required with a tax background. Must have exceptional research and writing skills, team oriented and committed work ethic.
