Min 3 yrs required
Litigation/Transactional Legal Assistant The candidate will provide legal and administrative support to attorneys and paralegals. Must have high School Diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred. Should have 3+ years’ experience as an assistant in an executive or office environment, or 3+ years project management experience required. Excellent communication, grammar, and proofreading skill is essential. Must have strong technological skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). IP Litigation experience is desirable. Transactional experience is desirable. State and Federal electronic court filing experience is desirable. Experience with FileSite/WorkSite or other document management system is preferred.
