A law firm is seeking a Mid-level Labor and Employment Associate Attorney in Atlanta with 4-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a superior academic record, strong work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills. ERISA litigation experience is required.

Job Overview:

• Represent clients in labor and employment litigation.
• Counsel clients on a variety of employment issues.
• Handle ERISA litigation matters.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on labor and employment matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia.
• 4-7 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
• Experience with ERISA litigation.
• Superior academic record.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent writing and research skills.

Certifications:

Admission to the Georgia State Bar.
