Family Law or Immigration Paralegal The candidate will assist in all aspects of immigration and family law practice. Will be drafting immigration forms, compiling submissions to USCIS as well as immigration and family courts, translating foreign-language documents (where knowledge allows), obtaining records from courts and other government offices, assisting clients in drafting declarations reflecting their experiences, and general administrative tasks. Should preferably have Bachelor's degree and strong writing and analytical skills. Great attention to detail is required. Experience as a paralegal with immigration law or family law is required. Foreign language skills (Portuguese or Spanish) are a plus. Send resume, cover letter, Writing samples and references.
