Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will complete account reviews for bankruptcy filings. May include examining case information, debtor schedules, plans, court dockets, relevant documents and loan histories. Must be able to identify cases for immediate action. Will analyze debtorâ€™s statements, working directly with debtors' legal representatives on agreements. Work closely with internal legal team to ensure all actions are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Respond to owners' questions and concerns. Maintain systems with updated and accurate information to reflect bankruptcy standing. Effectively communicate with owners and legal representatives by phone, email and mail. Process bankruptcy documents by reviewing and scanning into internal system. Complete all necessary reporting, adhering to legal, audit, and compliance standards. Responsible for all post-bankruptcy communication and documents to ensure all actions are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Prior Contract experience preferably in Title Services are needed. Prior bankruptcy experience is preferred. Specifically in handling accounts and legal processes in regards to bankruptcy laws is needed. Prior timeshare or hospitality experience is preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skill are needed.
