Duties

• Represent public and private sector clients in workers' compensation matters.
• Handle cases for insurance carriers and third-party administrators throughout all litigation phases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Prepare and present legal arguments in hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other court filings.
• Manage multiple cases effectively and adhere to deadlines.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience handling workers' compensation matters.
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar.
• A record free from disciplinary actions or professional negligence claims.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
