The candidate must have experience in securities litigation and arbitration; defending claims unique to the financial services industry, including claims for fraud, conversion, unsuitability, churning, failure to supervise and unauthorized trading as well as knowledge of the financial services industry. Experience with representing broker-dealers is preferred. Must be well versed in securities law & FINRA regulations and compliance. New York Bar admission is required.
