We are an entrepreneurial immigration, family and criminal law firm that is on track for aggressive growth and we need an experienced Associate to join our team and work directly with the owners and attorneys to support the team and help our clients.
We want to be known for helping our clients come through a difficult and emotional process, able to move toward a new beginning for themselves and their families.
We are growing fast, and we need an Associate who can hit the ground running.
This position will be responsible for important work:
Performance of legal services including legal research; drafting motions, pleadings, briefs, memorandums, orders, judgments, and status updates; and overseeing and analyzing discovery. Associates frequently represent clients in court during motions, various types of hearings and occasionally during trials.
When delegated by the owneassociate attorneys’ prospect for new clients through marketing, networking, writing articles and speaking engagements. They may also conduct initial consultations with prospective clients and serve as the principal contact between the firm and its clients.

We need an Associate with experience in immigration law. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal handholding.
This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work *in the office* for 40 hours per week.
