ESS Senior Analyst
The candidate provides technical litigation support to ESS Project Managers, ESS Senior Discovery Consultants, ESS Senior Discovery Attorneys, attorneys, paralegals, and clients. Will track, store, and organize client data in accordance with the proper chain of custody protocols. Consult with ESS colleagues to establish workflows that support efficient document reviews; design, create, and build electronic litigation and due diligence databases for legal team document review and production; design and create document productions using Relativity, lpro, and Concordance and perform quality control measures on same. Process electronically stored information (ESI) in Relativity, eCapture, LAW or other processing tools, as necessary as well as perform data loads into all of the firm's E-Discovery technology solutions, including, Relativity, Concordance, eCapture, CaseMap, and LiveNote. Analyze incoming data from all sources, as necessary, and provide statistical and detailed reports of same to legal teams. Train, support, and assist legal teams with the best practice use of all of the firm's E-Discovery technology solutions and also coordinate with, and manage, outside service providers and E-Discovery vendors, when appropriate. Maintain positive contact with clients and at all times observe confidentiality of client matters at all times. Keep and enter accurate time records on a daily basis as well as create tip sheets, quick reference cards, and other documentation as directed by the ESS Analyst Supervisor. Present at work during regularly scheduled working hours with occasional overtime as needed, consistent with the Firm's attendance expectations. Participate in an on-call rotation to provide client support after business hours and on the weekend as directed by the ESS Analyst Supervisor. Must have expertise in litigation support software, including, but not limited to, Relativity (Including Relativity processing), Concordance, eCapture, CaseMap and LiveNote. Experience with LAW preferred. Should have strong fluency in standard MS Office applications and the ability to quickly master new litigation software. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Prior end-user training experience preferred. Must have paralegal experience and/or a demonstrated knowledge of the discovery process and E-Discovery process and E-Discovery concepts and principles. A Bachelor's degree or 6-8 years of related E-Discovery experience required.

"Great Work Environment "

I would like to see our current management team revised with possibly some new replacements to be available to take care of issues that arise in the office.

Pros : The work environment is excellent as everyone is very helpful and experienced. The benefits are awesome as well and everyone really cares about their clients.
Cons : I have found the firm to be somewhat slow in terms of how quickly they resolve issues that are occurring around the office. I have found this to be mostly related to our current management team though.
